Kitchen Sink Drain Strainer

I love, love, love these strainers! The chainmail catches so much more than what sink stopper/strainers do and they are fairly easy to clean out. They are very sturdy as I've been using mine for several days now and they are holding up nicely. They look great and fit perfectly, like they were meant to be there. Water drains through them with no problem. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good sink strainer.

I loooove these.After owning several different types of strainers and having the pipes clogged twice I decided to really do my research. I came across these and let me tell you, they are just amazing. Everything that it's advertised about them it's true. The strainer is heavy enough that it stays put down. My others would lift if there was little bit more water in the sink. It is flush with the bottom of the sink so no plates or other dishes are able to move it out of place. No matter how much food waste accumulates in the strainer, water still goes through, really fast

I like this set. It fits my kitchen double sink very well. The chain mail collects a lot of food debris and it is easy to dump that in the garbage. The chain mail strainer is easy to clean by hand and could always go in the dishwasher if needed. The stopper works fine too. I'm glad I found this set. I can recommend it.

I've gone through a bunch of cheap sink strainers before, but this one is a total game changer. The best part is how easy it is to clean just flip it inside out and you're done. No more poking at old food stuck in the mesh (gross). The holes are small enough that nothing big slips through, so my sink hasn't clogged once since using it. It's also made of stainless steel, so it feels super solid and doesn't rust like the flimsy ones I've had in the past. I also like that it holds a lot, so I don't have to empty it constantly. Plus, it fit right in my sink no weird adjustments or tools needed. If you're tired of nasty, hard-to-clean strainers, this one's definitely worth it!

We love this strainer and how easy it is to clean. The base is thin metal which lays very flat and low-profile so all the water can drain from your sink. A couple things I noticed: 1) Out of the box, the strainer has a white protective film on both sides of the base. At first, I thought it was painted white but then noticed that the film was starting to peel on one side. After removing the film from both sides of the base, you will see a brilliant shiny stainless steel that nicely matches most kitchen sink drains. 2) The strainer can easily be cleaned by flipping it over to remove the debris. Eventually the chain mesh can get gummed with greasy gunk but it is convenient and safe to put this strainer through a dishwasher cycle for a complete scrub and sanitation. 3) The one detractor (and reason for 4 stars) is because this strainer's outer diameter is a bit small for a standard 4" drain. It can easily be be shifted off-center slightly which yields a bypass path for debris to go down the drain. The strainer base would benefit from about 1/2" larger diameter... and the chain basket could be larger as well. Overall, this strainer is a keeper and I'm happy with ordering it.
