CAN L CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service within 24 hours. You can contact us at sale@usofuns.com or provide your order number and a picture of the item you wish to cancel on the store warranty page. You can cancel your order at any time before it ships and receive a full refund.

However, we can only cancel an order if the package has not yet been shipped. If your order has already shipped when you request a cancellation, we may charge additional fees, so please be aware.

HOW CANICONFIRM THE SUCCESS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and details. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or log into your USOFUNS account to check your order status.

AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER, HOW DO I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can help update your shipping address. Please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address. Once the order is shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

I FORGOT TO ADD/EDIT AN ITEM TO MY ORDER, CAN I MAKE A CHANGE BEFORE IT SHIPS?

If you would like to make changes to your order information, please contact our customer service department within 24 hours. You can contact us at sale@usofuns.com and we can assist you in making changes to your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please provide us with your order number and amendment request via the 👉”Click here link“ below and we will do our best to assist you.

However, we can only make changes to an order if the parcel has not yet been shipped. If the order you are requesting has already been shipped, we may not be able to make changes to the order information,Please understand!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. We will email a tracking number as soon as your order has left our warehouse to allow for easy, updated tracking from our warehouse to your front door. Please feel free to contact us with any questions at sale@usofuns.com.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES?

We maintain a transparent pricing structure. There are no hidden fees or other charges beyond the standard product price. Most of the products inside the shop currently include shipping and taxes for the U.S. This is due to the fact that we have overseas warehouses set up in the U.S. Other countries may currently be responsible for their own shipping and taxes.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I PLACE IT?

Depending on your location and the shipping method, the standard delivery time is 3-7 business days after your order is placed. Shipment and delivery schedule may be affected by external factors outside our control, including extreme weather conditions, technical failures, etc.

*Please be noted that all information regarding the shipping duration is estimated and we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive on a specific day.

THE ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL HAS PASSED A LONG TIME AGO AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

CAN L RETURN IT IF L DON'T LIKE IT?

Dear customers, we do not support 30-day unconditional returns and exchanges for the time being. Since these household items are relatively large, if the return or exchange is due to personal reasons, we will deduct 10-20% of the service fee from the order according to the store's return and exchange policy, which will be used for logistics and back-end transaction fees.

If the product is damaged or broken during transportation, we will give priority to providing you with the best after-sales processing solution.

HOW LONG OF A WARRANTY DO I GET ON MY PRODUCT?

All USOFUNS products come with a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects or quality issues. Warranty terms may vary by product category — please refer to the product page or contact us for specific details.

CAN L RETURN MY ORDER TO YOUR WAREHOUSE BY MYSELF?

We are not accepting returns for original warehouse returns at this time. You must follow the following process:
1. Submit a return or exchange request on the warranty page of our product.
2. Have your specific claim handled by our customer after-sales team.
3. After your claim has been responded to, our team will provide you with the appropriate return address for your after-sales.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND AFTER RETURNING THE PRODUCT?

Once our warehouse confirms receipt of the returned product, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method, and you can expect it to be reflected in your account within approximately 3-15 business days. (You can contact the card issuer of your local bank for the exact arrival time.)
