Thank you for shopping USOFUNS products. We are committed to providing you with high quality products for your home and lifestyle, and we stand behind all of our merchandise orders with the appropriate warranties.
Warranty period (Applicable to large furniture products)
Structural components: 1 year warranty
Applies to functional issues such as frames, support structures, etc. that are not due to human damage.
Non-structural parts and accessories: 30 days warranty
Includes fabrics, leather, padding, metal parts, plastic parts, hardware and other parts that are subject to wear and tear from regular use.
Some special products or series may have independent warranty terms, please refer to the description in the product details page.
Warranty coverage
Warranty service applies to the following situations:
- The product has structural damage under normal use conditions.
- Problems such as cracking, breaking, and falling off of parts that are not caused by human factors.
- Functional failure caused by material or workmanship defects.
Circumstances not covered by the warranty include but are not limited to:
- Problems caused by improper handling, installation or human damage.
- Damage caused by self-disassembly or modification of the product
- Appearance problems such as scratches, wear, discoloration, etc. that occur during normal use
- Unauthorized third-party repairs
- Products that are out of warranty or do not have a valid proof of purchase
- Damage caused by environmental factors such as moisture, sunlight, pet scratching, etc.
Warranty Service Process
If you need to apply for warranty, please contact customer service through the following methods and prepare the following information:
- Order number / Proof of purchase
- Description of the product problem
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged area
1. You must then initiate a claim through our warranty page, stating your claim.

(Note: If your order has not gone through our after-sales order approval process, we may not be able to handle your issue quickly, which may result in the order warranty period being invalid, and we are not responsible.)
2. Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 1-2 working days to assist you in completing after-sales processing of your order, including return, repair or replacement services, and will provide you with the best after-sales solution.
Please note:
We recommend that you keep the original packaging for at least 30 days after receiving the product in case of return, exchange or shipping.
If the product or part needs to be replaced within the warranty period, we will bear the corresponding costs. Repair or replacement services beyond the warranty period may incur reasonable fees.
